Payerbach Apartments

Very well equipped and spacious apartment very close to the train and bus station. The staff was very attentive to all our questions, and accommodating to our needs.

Fantastic location near the train station and town centre. View of the mountains. Super clean and well equipped apartments. Kitchen fully stocked and everything worked well. We were a group and booked both apartments at once which worked really well as you can easily walk to each via the balcony. The larger apartment had a great terrace and fireplace. Key pickup and drop-off was easy.

We were there in winter and found that both apartments were cold even with radiators at max. It seems like the central heating is on a shutoff timer as the radiators got cold at night. We found extra blankets and used the fireplace in the larger apartment liberally. The tourist tax was hefty (73 euros for 3 nights for two apartments) and had to be paid in exact cash.

Great place to stay. Beautiful old-fashion style house.

Easy stroll to Payerbach center. All required tools in the kitchen to prepare your own food. Clean towels and sheets. Basic spices, oil, viniger are there.

1. Bad smell of sewer gasses in the bathroom. It is next to the kitchen and probably is not healthy to inhale. 2. Old and worn out place. Not clean (check under the bed). 3. Narrow stairs to 1st floor (apartment Top2) 4. Parking is on the road (busy road) in front of the house and your car extending about 1 meter on the road. Cars, busses and trucks run all day long here. 5. Noisy (see #4 above) and the windows and door are not soundproof.

The accommodation was very clean, spacious, the kitchen perfectly equipped, we used the terrace a lot, where we had 100% privacy.

It's a small thing, it might not bother some, but the mattress was extremely soft.

I liked the comfortable bed, the kitchen was equipped with all we needed, the bathroom had enough shelf space for all our toiletries. Nice big living and access to terrace and private garden. Communication with the concierge service was great with quick answers. Great for a week

There were a lot of flies and insects, we bought some products yo keep them away.

Good value for money, well equipped. Lot of things to see in the area.

No air condition, no insect net or blinds on the windows .
