Nice view from the window and the building area is well managed.

No mineral water /refreshment provided. Stain and dust at some part of the unit. Location is not beside the IOI City Mall but instead opposite the road.

Host is very friendly and responsive.

The cleanliness of kitchen utensils, refrigerator and other equipment in the property need to be improved.

Very near to Putrajaya, IOI Mall and KL. Very quiet and clean neighbourhood. Lots of ligthing. Security is good. The security staffs were very helpful and polite. The homestay spokesperson was very helpful too. Thank you.

The passcard pick-up system should be upgraded, there were some miscommunications and the other guest accidentally took all the passcards . So we have to wait for about 25 minutes for him to return it before us we could check-in . The dining table is too small. The rooms were a bit dusty, my sons and I had allergy rhinitis attacks during the stay. The cooking utensils provided were worn out and not suitable for cooking. Maybe the host should replace them for the guests’ convenience.
