City View Apartment

Bed was broken, bedroom curtain was broken. Dirty cups. Internet losing connection. I had stayed at the flat 2 years ago and it was good. I returned to the city and was surprised by such a lack of respect that made me waste my time, in addition to a night without sleeping properly. Even with a renewed security of cameras for monitoring guests and "security", a flat of this size should not be left available under these conditions. I got a full refund for my reservation after two days spent on the phone with the Bookin.com platform. And I still lost half of my day on the street with suitcases without being able to check in elsewhere earlier. I believe that the compensation, even if it was the total value of the reservation, is not enough for all the inconvenience and moral respect we went through. Stay alert and let's pursue our rights.

The kitchen

The location. Noisy road. Bed was rocky and unstable. No bathroom mirror. Limited nearby parking.

Really well designed and thought through compact all appliances worked great and easy to use for cooking sofa bed and bed all great attractive finishes and comfortable Plenty of towels bed linen pillows and central location great for accessing anywhere

Noise from main road pretty relentless front bedroom but fine at back if sleeping sofa bed. Could use a little mirror somewhere in bathroom for face washing brushing teeth. Couldn’t access the regular TV only I player and Netflix for some reason. But only minor issues.

It's a modern and clean apartment, quite close to town. Late arrivals are not a problem due to PIN lock.

It is unfortunately located close to a quite busy road (even night times) which makes it easy to get to, but in a hot summer night it is hard to sleep with an open window. The owners provide an air conditioner which unfortunately is loud on its own, so you should cool down the room before you go to sleep. One can use the couch in the kitchen/living room where it is much more silent, but you have to remember to bring a sheet with you. I would recommend the owners to at least provide a sheet for the couch, so people can switch rooms and stay where they prefer. Otherwise it is a lovely flat.

The apartment is very well situated to the City Centre and clean and well equipped with everything you need for a short break. It was great we could have our small dog with us.

There was only one small issue with the bed that was very uncomfortable, and when one of us rolled over, the base moved. I found myself up in the air!

It was spotlessly clean. The quality of the kitchen was excellent.

We found the bed a bit soft. (Personal taste)
