Erro na recepcao, trocaram nossos quartos. Depois de instaladas num quarto tivemos que fazer a mudança porque a recepção havia errado na reserva.

"A pior e mais estressante possivel."

Ha anos eu me hospedava neste hotel. Porem nesta ultima estadia, pude ver q o hotel está decadente e sem gestão alguma. Portanto, infelizmente nao tenha nada fe agradavel para comentar sobre esta estadia.

A governança errou e retirou os lencois e toalhas do meu apto. Quando entrei a cama estava sem nada e o banheiro tambem. Reportei tudo a gerencia, aos funcionários pedi uma solução as 12:30 e NINGUEM RESOLVEU NADA. Fiquei sem lençois e toalhas ate 1:00 da manha do dia seguinte, quando depois de muita confusao de desprezo me trouzeram o “kit”. NOTA 0 para este hotel. A comunicacao interna entre funcionários e empresas parceiras nao funcionam, os hospedes que locam os flats por estas rmpresas parceiras sao DESPREZADOS pela gestão do hotel.

all of it... very comfy room, nicely decorated! Very clean and vert good bathroom as well

The control of the room temperature. The A/C is set by the hotel, it isn't possible for us to control, and when we stayed it has very hot weather. We would prefer to have the room a little cooled than it was, but it wasnt uncofortable!

The quality of the towels are really poor, besides that there is NO towel exchange before 1 week!! Unacceptable for this kind of flat
