Аpartment Gem in Centre of Sandanski

It is a decent transit accommodation, close to shops and restaurants, the location is clean, there is no parking but we found a paid parking nearby (I recommend the paid parking because it is guarded and you don't risk being left without a car). We communicated with the owner only through messages, the key to the apartment is in a box on the door and you will receive the unlock code via SMS) Be careful with the shops in the area, we don't know exactly which shop but somewhere our bank card was cloned - the thieves' bad luck was that we don't pay with the card we keep the money on and we transfer small amounts to Revolut then pay with the Revolut card, in conclusion they had nothing to steal and the people at Revout immediately took action and blocked the card.

Communication with the owner could have been better.

Schoon, rustig, ruimte voldoende, alles werkte en voorhanden. Dicht bij centrum en mooie omgeving. Twee volwassenen en twee Tieners. Een weekje overnacht in deze complete appartement met keuken en al. Alles was schoon, in nette staat. Goed kunnen slapen. Geen problemen ondervonden. Voldoende ruimte. Midden in centrum, mooie omgeving. Dankjewel.

A perfect place to stay in the heart of the city. Spotlessly clean. The lady who hosts it is so kind and helpful. Thank you!

Location (close to our favourite restaurant- Olives), cost and overall comfortability of the furniture

- Check-in, took longer than expected. We indicated 5-6 p.m. as check-in period. Arrived and called the owner at 4:30, received some instructions on how to enter the property. However, we couldn’t enter (wrong code or misunderstanding on how to access the key after entering the code). Thus, we called back the owner over 10 times, she wasn’t picking-up the phone. About an hour and a half later, she called back and elaborated so we managed to enter. We were tired with 2 kids under 5 y.o., maybe it was our fault of not picking-up the information the first time, still the owner indicated she will be available for questions if we have issues entering, but she wasn’t picking the phone up. She indicated she has left her phone…. - In addition, she excused herself of leaving us only 1 big towel and 2 small once, mentioned some linens in the closet we could potentially use….but overall, this was inconvenient as we only stayed for 1 night and did’t plan on bringing our own towels. - The place is at the centre, which was good for us, still, a too much noise over the night did’t allow the kids to fall asleep as quick as we wanted (the balcony was open as we do not like to use air conditioning during the night). - No parking is available, option would be to park on the street (blue zone till 5:30 pm), but there was no available spot, so we paid for particle to the property (about 15 leva). - There are no mosquito nets on the balcony/window, and it was open at the time of arrival so we had to fight with a mosquito during the night.
