Appartamento molto comodo per visitare la città. Accessoriato e pulito. Davvero ottimo. Host molto gentile e disponibile

The apartment is very central, which has its pros and cons. The advantage lies in that it is very close to plazas Canadio and de Pombo, as well as within walking distance of the ferry terminals, rail and bus station. Very close to a myriad of restaurants, bars and other service.

Lying close to a myriad of restaurants and bars means it is fairly loud at night, even with a double-glazed window shut tight. People stay in the street until the early hours and sound travels well within the tight walls.

Netter persönlicher Kontakt mit Vermieter. Zentrale Lage der Wohnung. Hübsche Einrichtung mit vollausgestatteter Küche und Waschmaschine. Pods waren vorhanden und auch Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine. Es gab auch eine Zwischenreinigung während unserem 6 tägigen Aufenthalt.

Ich würde die Fenster zum Hof mit Insektenschutz ausstatten um diese in der Nacht öffnen zu können. Auf der Straßenseite ist nachts ordentlich Trubel und man kann die Fenster nicht offen lassen. Bzw eine Klimaanlage einbauen. Obwohl mir persönlich der vorhandene Ventilator reicht. Der Wäscheständer hatte schon bessere Tage, den kann man leider nicht mehr nutzen. Ein Neuer wäre gut 👍 das Geschirr im Schrank war schmutzig, das kann man ändern.

Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro e dal lungomare. Una via laterale tranquilla ma un po rumorosa durante la notte. Check in molto comodo e Fernando gentile e disponibile

Fairly central, 10 minutes to the city centre, 30 minutes to the beaches. Good modern clean facilities. Friendly host.

No A/C which made it a bit stuffy and noise from the two bars below the property.
