Il punto di forza è sicuramente la spa privata, ben tenuta, pulita, atmosfera soft, ideale rilassarsi. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti confort, il panorama meraviglioso, pulito. L'Host cordiale e disponibile alle esigenze dell'ospite

Alloggio molto piacevole e Marco ci ha dato ottimi consigli. Per visitare Roma, ci ha consigliato di prendere il treno per Latina ed è stata un'ottima idea (meno stress nella zona ZTL); per quanto riguarda il ristorante Ghost, ci siamo divertiti molto e il mercato domenicale è stato molto carino... Marco è stato molto attento e disponibile a risolvere i nostri problemi... La piscina con il piccolo bar era molto bella e la vista dal nostro alloggio era meravigliosa.

De zon en het terras die je echt wel nodig hebt met hoge temperaturen

Vooraf hebben we gevraagd of er een terras bij zat dat was niet duidelijk zichtbaar, host zei bij elk appartement zit een terras. helaas is dit niet zo en hebben dus van appartement gewisseld. Daarbij gaat de host liever om booking heen, De foto's zijn mooier dan de werkelijkheid, het is net of je in de keuken van een oude boerderij zit, de bedden/matrassen zijn gewoon aan vervanging toe, een host die moeilijk doet over de ab van de airco, en door omstandigheden moesten wij eerder weg, host had nergens tot weinig begrip en gaat alleen maar voor het geld.

The location of the apartment is superb, and the large terrace with views across the plains is difficult to drag yourself away from. Sermoneta is delightful and it was good to have the place to ourselves when all the day trippers had gone home. Marco was always quick to respond to any enquiry and seemed eager to ensure everything was okay.

The quality of the beds is poor. We had to stuff a small towel between the headboard and the wall to stop the constant rattling every time we moved. The accommodation is poorly equipped e.g just 2 wine glasses, no tea towel in the kitchen, no cloths to wipe surfaces, just one scourer. The toiletries supplied are of the cheap, brown paper sachet variety; there was inadequate toilet paper, and the bathroom towels are cheap. There are 3 showers but 1 is inaccessible and another needs a new shower head. The swimming pool is a 10-minute drive away and was closed until later in the season.
