Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Great location, overpriced for what you get."

The location across from little beach was perfect. The ground floor had access through sliding doors which made it really accessible for our pram etc.

I didn’t like having to bring everything with us. There was no linen or towels included, the pantry wasn’t stocked with cooking essentials like cooking oil, and there were no cleaning supplies. The volume buttons on the tv remote wouldn’t work and the outdoor lounges were not comfortable for watching tv. Although the outside grounds were well maintained, there was little to no lighting.
