Water pressure for the shower was low

Super quiet

Not having A/C and rooms get hot even with windows open

Room was nice and location of the hotel. Parking was sometimes hard to find. I had a park a few buildings down.

The internet speed was terrible. It would be a terrible place to stay if you had to work while staying there. I also did not like booking through Booking.com. There is not an easily accessible way to communicate with them by phone, even though it said calling was an option. there was no toll free number to make changes to your reservation. It was very expensive if you don't have an international calling plan.

Everything is so well maintained and tasteful. Lots of room and it was very private.

I'm glad that you said to avoid the GPS. The only thing that needs improving was the directions to the VI Resort office, so we missed the turn down onto the parking lot...maybe add that it's down s mini hill so it's had to see the Kingsbury Resort sign. Maybe a bigger signage. Thanks
