Very cozy. Clean.

Check in place and s far from the property but it’s okay. Front desk is nice and accommodating. Even help us finding the property and gave us a map.

The apartment is big and comfortable. It’s clean. The propery location is good. It’s very close to one of the Heavenly lift-StageCoach Express. There will be more chances to see snowing due to property’s elevation.

The apartment is downstairs. The upstairs neighbors can be noisy and stay up late. Need to do all the cleaning job during the long stay but sometimes it’s hard to get supplies from the property.

Big, new, clean, warm enough.

Can give trash can in each bedroom.

It is spacious and clean

It didn’t specify it was a loft style with stairs. I have elderly and a toddler that I feel uncomfortable at night. The tub is slippery too. My mom almost fell

Facilities are okay.

By far the worst check in process I've ever experienced. Their out of hours processes expect you to call up (not great for international visitors). When you do after a full day of driving, they didn't know where we should go. The signage at the main office was very poor. It took two hours of driving around and some amateur detective work to get into our room. Nobody interacted with us in person during our entire stay. No one seems to care as it could be very easily fixed with a bit more consideration and clear communication.
