"We had a nice time away at New year , may request different caravan next time others looked like they had proper couche"

8.0

Owners are amazing very helpful . We loved the dog run and our Mirrin made a pal Corrie . Location was peaceful/ beautiful. Surprisingly there was fireworks near by at midnight. Caravan is basic but just fine for us with the dog . Basics , like washing up liquid, t towels , salt n pepper , toilet paper at hand .

We both ended up sleeping in single beds . The small double was so uncomfortable, I have ended up with sore back . The couches in sitting room are uncomfortable too . It was very cold when we went and the heating went off as set on timer , during the night it was very cold.

Lovely warm welcome as we opened the door, fresh and clean inside, great accommodation, good messages to get us there safely, really loved our stay and just a shame we couldn't have stayed longer

"Comfortable cabin perfect to explore the beautiful south west coast"

8.0

Hosts Ian and Kay were so helpful and welcoming Beautiful countryside and local villages Cabin was cosy and warm with almost everything you need to have a comfortable stay

Bed was a small double so not a very comfortable sleep for the 2 of us. There is nothing provided in the way of soap, shampoo, body wash or kitchen basics such as salt, pepper, teabags etc which would have been helpful as we’ve been travelling for several weeks. We had a rear cabin so didn’t have a great view of the water

"Peaceful!"

8.0

Central heating on timer ( generously so)so cosy on arrival early evening. Beds exceptionally comfortable- might buy that mattress myself when renewing!) Chalet was clean and comfortable. Loved the charged up torch! Lovely and quiet, beautiful views. Kay and Ian very friendly and welcoming. Having a dog area so super as Bilbo could run and sniff off the lead.

Tbh having to pay £25 for my dog as I think £101 a night more than enough on a rural site? But other than that it is a lovely place to stay. Could be better marked up but good instructions sent helped 🙂

"Gorgeous part of Scotland"

8.0

The location is stunning, lovely rolling hills and a view over the sea. Portpatrick is a very nice old fishing village, great place to eat and drink. Visits to Wigtown, Isle of Whithorn. Logan Botanical Gardens and the coast around Port William all well worth doing.
