It was quiet and private. I liked the location and the pool. Convenient kitchen.

Andrey, the local contact was not available. But the emergency contact of Vacasa was, and she was friendly and helpful. Not crazy about the sheets. The links on the Vacasa welcome did not work.

Exceptional and really comfortable apartment. Super near the beach. Love it!

The flys coming from their air conditioner units that would end up on and in the bed and futon

Location was good. Close proximity to the beach. The apartment had everything you needed. Alejandro worked hard to kept the pool and grounds beautiful. I loved that it was at the end of the building and out of the foot traffic zone and pool area. It was very quiet. A nice place to stay for a while.

The view from the bedroom sliding door was dismal. I realize it’s a back flow for the pool but seems like pots of plants or something could be done to add beauty and life to that area. The mattress was too hard so a good nights sleep was difficult. The listing claims it has a washer and dryer unit. The washer did not work and it was common knowledge among the cleaning staff. Also, there is one large cooking pot, but a small pot to boil a couple of eggs or make some oatmeal for two would be a nice addition.

The location was great, and I loved having a washer and dryer. Very responsive staff.

The facilities are not as pictured, nowhere nearly as nice as the photos. I asked in advance if they had beach towels and chairs and they said yes. They had neither, just a couple spare stained towels, so I took a random towel to the beach. The water pressure was all but non existent the first day I stayed. They did come replace the shower head my second day which was nice, but didn’t entirely solve the issue. All the bedding had makeup stains on it.
