El precio, la facilidad de aparcar, la terraza equipada, la facilidad de acceso. Suficientemente comodo de tamaño.

Podria estar un poco mas equipado de menaje de cocina (tazas, platos cubiertos o copas) y la posición del TV era incomoda al estar lateral de la cama, si tuviese un cable mas largo se podria girar para ver mejor. El habitaculo de la ducha muy estrecho.

El espacio y que tuve la posibilidad de cocinar. Tenía una terraza que estaba muy bien.

Que no tuviera ascensor. Llevaba una maleta grande y viaje sola y me costó mucho subir la maleta.
