Property was clean and had all that was needed for an apartment. Owner was very helpful with anything that was needed. Very good communication. Washing machine would be a plus.

Lovely view, basic facilities but it was comfortable and adequate for our stay. Property was clean and had pretty much everything we required.

Pillows were very soft. Would have liked a washing machine and fan. Lastly, it is a fair walk up a two hill so if you have a young family take this into consideration.

Very nice quiet and clean apartment. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is about a 20min walk from the city center.

Our host was simply fabulous! We were greeted earlier than expected because we arrived in Tubingen early. We were given keys and an easy walk through. We were offered help anytime we asked for it. The host was so generous and the place was lovely. Amazing views from the windows, clean air, outdoor seating.

To get there, be ready to climb a fairly steep hill. It is a good 15-20 minute walk to the center and it's not an easy walk when coming back from the center. There's not much nearby so, it's not a place where you can go grab a coffee and casually bring it back. You have to plan your day around the distance between the place and the rest of town.

This property is great. There was plenty of room for my family of four (tall kids ages 9 and 11). It’s close to town and the balcony has a great view.
