Hosts were very kind and super nice. I arrived completly wet from riding whole day in the rain. They greeted me so kindly and helped to dry by putting my stuff in the dryer room. They also gave me a closed garage for my motorycle. Room was amazing, super clean. Beakfast was unbelivable. Deff one of the best stays i ever had.

The house is located in the township of Utendorf surrounded by the Alps. Upon arrival,we were warmly welcomed by the hostess and her mother.The room was not big but very cosy. The breakfast was partcularly rich and tasty. Free car parking at the house.The place is very comfortable for further visiting Kriml waterfalls and city of Alpbach or going to Insbruck.Recomend for all.
