The views. The walks, but more information on trails within the property would have been an advantage. Also local knowledge of trails would be of benefit to your guests.

The stinky sink, smelt like sewerage. Only putting the plug in the sink stopped us retching. The lack of anti slip mat in the shower really needs addressing,I slipped in the shower and fell on the ledge of the shower door on my ribs. Which are now bruised. Lucikly nothing broken but my toes are also bruised from trying to break my fall! The wiring was shocking, thankfully not literally!!! In a wood cabin... the 'fixed' window in the bedroom needs some attention. The bed settee was very uncomfortable and no extra bedding for the bed settee. The fact that the outdoor pool advertised is what we really looked forward to...was green and not appealing to swim in was a disappointment. We really did have a lovely time as we created our own entertainment. Also the fact that on 'check out' . No one around at the office so we had to leave the key and the borrowed Scrabble on the door step. The peaceful environment and views are stunning.

Everything was absolutely amazing from arrival to departure!👌👌👌

Main rooms bed was too small and uncomfortable for 2 people. Couch in living room also very uncomfortable… should be replaced or restored…

The location was out of this world with beautiful walks, kayaking and tubing on offer.

The log cabins have huge potential and are lovelyl but are in need of a little TLC. Decks need to be repaired. The cutlery and crockery was very limited and did not make it easy for self catering.

Beautiful location, peaceful and comfortable. Lots to do without leaving the resort .

Good location in the Drakensberg mountains.

The cabins are not spacious - felt crowded a bit for 4 people. There is no network service at all, the wifi provided cuts after a few hours of usage.

The host was amazing she was always willing to help in anyway

In serious need of better management and maintenance. Gutters broken and loose, various light fittings hanging loose, had to use own wine glasses as none provided, toilet paper not replaced, some towels in shreds from usage. Contractors started hammering on the unit at 17:30 to put up wi-fi with zero communication, drilling holes etc. while they could have done so at any time during the day, or at least engaged prior to hammer on the unit. Original promises of couple minutes turning in undated guidance of hour plus. Management in serious need of training on basics of communication, planning and guest relations
