"Appartamento a gestione familiare"

L'appartamento è grande, con un bel balcone e anche il ristorante gestito dalla stessa famiglia è buono.

La doccia nel nostro bagno non aveva alcun tipo di protezione. La colazione è basilare.

+ Quiet + enough parking area + welcoming and helpful staff/owner + beach in walking distance + supermarkets very close + big terrace + air conditioner in every room

- tiny bathroom - not many kitchen supplies - many times internet (wifi) connection didnt work - beds are not great for tall people (limited by foot desk) - at heavy rains some of the windows on upper floor leaked

The location The view

1) Hey lied! I ask them: "Hello, we want to book an 60 m2 appartment for 4 people. Can you tell me what rooms have air conditioning? We need AC at least in each bedroom." They answer was: "Dear sir /madam we would like to inform that all the rooms provide aircondition,also in the living room. Anything you need at you disposal." The truth: SECOND BEDROOM DOESN T HAVE AC ! 2) To get to the bedroom2 you have to go through bedroom1 3) In the description they said "JUST 100 METERS FROM BANANA BEACH" The truth: 450 m in straight line 4) the bathroom need a lot of improvement. 5) between the living room and the bedrooms is a thin wooden floor through which you can hear everything.

Good value for money for 1-night stay! Nice restaurant, banana beach near. Apartment was nice, don’t expect something extremely fancy, but it has everything you need, nice staff.

Area is small and not much things to do, but nice restaurant and banana beach close. Restaurant was a bit too expensive. Apartment was okey.
