The apartment itself is very clean, comfortable and cosy. The owner is really nice, flexible and welcoming. He did his best with the apartment to stand out from the surroundings. Yes, it is actually quiet, it can quarantee a good night sleep.

The area is not really charming, a bit dissappointing when coming out of the nice city center. But for a short stay it is worth the price.
