The location and the views from the apartment to the Marina

The bunk bed was moving unsteadily and 1 of my daughters was sleeping on the sofa. The electricity system is not to strong. It is impossible to turn on tow things at the same time (such us washing mashing and the oven or Kettle and the toaster) coz you run out the electricity.

Location was great.

Door code wasnt working and no communication on when it would be fixed. Had to use the emergency door key for the duration of the stay. Matress was also very very soft.

Location was OK

Lovely Stay is a big company with no personal touch. To talk to someone you need to go through a huge automated phone call. I had problems to find the property and could not find a person to help me. The flat is old with horrible bass and old furniture, cigarette burned tables and filthy carpets. The bathroom doors are broken and I complained but nobody came to fix it. The front door of the building is broken so anyone can come in, which could be a security problem. I came with my car, but there were no instructions or someone to open for me. It was very expensive for what it was. Big trap avoid this place.

Fantastic location, one of the best we've stayed at in Vilamoura. It's perfect for a romantic getaway for a couple of days. Amazing view from the balcony and everything was very clean. Would definitely stay again

The location and comes with parking.

It can be noisy at night and as many have mentioned before the bathroom door has not been fixed yet. Moreover, right before checking in the owner sent a message that we would only be only to check in at 6 pm due to some issue with the cleaning. When we arrived at 6 pm the place was still dirty front the previous tenants. The owner did compensate for that, but it was still very annoying.

Location, cleanness

The only toilet of the property door didn’t work properly, we couldn’t close it unless taking the risk of breaking it or risking ourselves (as it was glass). We communicated with the management & they said they will fix it, which they didn’t, after a day of complaints, they said it wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. It really spoiled our time in the flat as we have to take terms leaving the upstairs of the property to shower & use the toilet.

Good view and location

No soundproofing in main bedroom. Very noisy, so couldn’t sleep well or even at all.
