Great location with parking and nice sized apartment

The loungers by the pool were a mess with them piled up all over the place near to the toilets. Some were filthy and broken. The ones assigned to our apartment,J54, were old and one was broken. To organise them by the pool and make them look tidier or screen off the area they were literally thrown into would be so easy. Also when booking with booking.com be sure to check the type of apartment you are getting. The pictures show every type available and we thought we were getting one with a roof terrace and didn't- it can be misleading.

Perfect 2 bed flat on 4th floor at rear of the development, with sea view rather than pool facing. Quiet at this time of year (early September) and some days there were only 15 people around the large, clean pool area. Very handy for the marina. Staff were excellent and helpful.

The location was excellent and plenty of room around the pool!

When we arrived the kettle was broken and it took 4 days for a replacement. The fridge was also broken but that was fixed promptly.

Location

Accommodation was not what we booked. We booked one room with twin beds and double room but got bunk beds. According to Clever details ‘ twin beds’ are also the same as ‘bunk beds’ and we’re unable to change our room. Very aggressive manager who lacked total empathy for our position. The bed was not suitable for an older person. The manager was insistent he knew about bunk beds as they were on the booking site. We viewed 45 pictures but couldn’t see any bunk beds. Even if we did see them, we did not think that was our accommodation as the descriptor was for twin beds ! The wardrobes couldn’t open and one door fell off on to an individual. The lifts went out of order and we were concerned as to how we could carry heavy cases down 5 flights of stairs ! Couldn’t contact out of hours number as no response at all. Left very alone. Rusty, old sunbeds that were impossible to use as rusty padlock wouldn’t release them. No sunshades/ umbrellas available or allowed to be used. The apartment was certainly not worth the money.

Not enough storage space in wardrobes as they were filled with pillows and other stuff from the cleaners. Apt to far from main gate as I had to carry golf clubs.
