The location is superb. 40m from Metro Line 7 with direct links to central Paris. A variety of local restaurants and a supermarket next door. There is free parking in the Intermarché carpark nearby when you arrive to pick up the keys and this part of the instructions is quite clear.

The appartment needs a face-lift. There is a lot of wear and tear but it is woefully equipped with a sink plug that doesn't plug the sink and no teatowels despite the stern warnings of a financial penalty if you fail to wash up and put away. The cleaning "service" needs to do a proper inventory and the owner needs to decide what is essential for a comfortable stay. The inside handle of the toilet door is not securely fastened. The instructions to access the parking are lacking in detail. The underground carpark is split between the Supermarket and private access for residents of the appartments and the hotel next door. The first barrier is almost permanently open but the second barrier, accessed by a tight 90° turn to the left, needs a press on the keytab. Follow the spiral turn through 180° then turn immediately right, followed by two left turns. The parking space is at the far end next to a store of abandoned white goods. The photo in the instructions is useful at this point.

Logement ne vaut absolument pas 230€. J’ai eu l’impression de loué l’appartement de mon amis. Gel douche et shampooing déjà utilisé. Très peut d’électro ménager

Locatie was ideaal en het kunnen parkeren van de auto.

Op het zicht was het schoon maar de keukenkastjes waren echt niet fris. Die heb ik zelf eerst deels schoongemaakt. Ook onder de bedbank en achter de koelkast (er was iets gevallen) was het echt vies. Dat verdient aandacht. Maar het was voor een verblijf op zich schoon genoeg. Bad- en bedlinnen was wel heel fris. Onhandig was dat het keuken materiaal niet voor zes personen was (5 vorken, 5 borden bv). Wellicht dat de vorige bewoners dit hebben veroorzaakt?

The fact that it was in town

It unkept, as at the time we got to the property it wasn’t tidy, owner kept us outside the premises for 1 and half hours to prepare the apartment, owner response to complaints was very slow, the bathroom had a faulty lock, I even got locked in the bathroom for over 30 minutes , my only luck was having my phone with me whiles in the bathroom. Imagine being in there alone with no means of reaching out to someone, the floors were also sticky .

I was very disappointed in this unit and really struggled to get any help or support from the owner especially around the internet not being available and us not being able to watch the TV or Netflix at all. The next day the owner sent a friend to try and help us. He fixed the internet while there and brought us 2 coffee mugs Straight after he left the internet dropped out again so we had no TV for the 4 days

That the owner doesn’t know how to respond to problems That apartment was very hard to get into and there was a safety box to open up the gate With only 1 key for 3 people it made it very difficult to come and go I would appreciate someone calling me regarding this booking please 0400334151 this person is 100% living to me Hello Quinten I left your unit today at 8am this morning We had major problems with the Internet and the TV again, it was not working again I am sorry but I was not able to lift the rubbish out of the bin because the bag was to thin and it was starting to rip open as I was pulling it out of the bin It was a Serious problem. Also I just got to airport and I realised I have left 2 of my best dresses and a brand new white top in the left hand side of the wardrobe of the 2nd bedroom I know that they are definitely in there Could you please be kind enough to post these items back to my address in Australia please I will be happy to pay you any postage costs for them When you send me the receipt for the cost We also cleaned the unit completely before we left the unit this morning. Can you please reply to me as soon as you receive this email please Much appreciated regards Carol Woodhead For booking.com I have continued to write emails to him explaining everything to him and I had rang him straight after I left the unit to tell him that they were in the unit in with all the cots and pillows and stuff he had in there but he continues to tell me they were not there When I know for a fact they were there There was also safety issues with the unit that need addressing as soon as possible Please contact me when possible please regarding this whole situation and mess I can forward on all of my emails to him and all of his reply’s if that would help with your understanding around my situation I need your support please
