Good location, clean bedroom, a small kitchen with all necessary things

The building is quite old, and it smells in the corridor. However, there is no smell at the room itself. It was a bit noisy in the morning because of a garbage collector. A cutting board will be a good addition on the kitchen. The mirror is placed a bit too high in the bathroom.
