Braviscasa - Ferienresidenz Haus am Bach Vogtsburg am Kaiserstuhl

The apartment was super clean, has its own private parking spot, the check-in and out was seamless with clear instructions. The neighborhood is quiet, and it has an Edeka supermarket just across the street. The host is well responsive and replies to messages in few minutes.

The rules and fines are a bit harsh and intimidating, and gives you the feeling that you will be fined a huge amount of money if you forget something. The apartment lacks a proper coffee table in the living area.

The environment isvery nice, , right in the middle to connect to Freiburg, Colmer, holiday park Rust 😀

The Internet is very slow

Location of the apartment is fine, supermarket with very pleasant staff. Apartment Bravicasa have mattresses very bad quality, squeaky bad, if you move it is impossible to sleep in. We try to sleep on the couch, it was like sleeping on the bench in the park, hard and you can feel the board underneath. Be aware of the lady who lives in the building.

First minute of our arrival was amazing experience. Older lady who lives in the apartment building yelled on us because we left car door open trying to open key box, she just couldn't stop, we apologies many times but obviously she found someone she can abuse, it was horrible experience. After that we had feeling that we have to sneak in the apartment. We called the office (if you call after 20h they charge 50€, amazing), day after, they explained that lady is not the owner or cleaner so, I suppose that's fine, she abused us. No apologies, that doesn't exist. Bad mattresses are cheapest that exist, so bad we could hardly sleep on it. We both have back pains. Hot water is sometimes not hot enough, check before you step in. Kitchen is equipped with very little equipment, basics things are missing, chlothespins, scissors, tea strainer, tea kettle, bowls.. When guest arrives in the apartment you can find book with rules, penalties are on the first and last place, if you call out of office time 50€, if you don't empty the fridge , if you don't empty the bin 150€ etc... Not welcoming at all. We think people who are running this business shouldn't be in turist industry at all. This apartment is for shore overpriced.

I really enjoyed the location and the apartment. It was clean and super nice, with plenty of room. Everything was according to the description, and it was easy to find keys even without meeting anyone. The host also welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine from the region, which was a nice touch.

I didn't appreciate the fact that we had to dispose of the gargabe on our way out.

Large and comfortable rooms. Parking was just in front of the apartment. Convenient location to visit Europa park and Colmar.

The amount of hot water was limited. My wife couldn't take a shower after 4 members took a shower.
