"En meget fin lejlighed med elevator til fornuftige penge og meget venlig og imødekommende udlejer."

Stille og roligt kvarter, som på trods af nærliggende motorvej, ikke bærer præg af støj. Meget lidt støj fra øvrige beboere. Tæt på velassorteret supermarked med slagterafdeling og bagerbutik lige ved siden af. Apotek, frisør m.m. findes også i Oroklini, som har ca 7500 indbyggere. Den ligger 7 km fra den større by Larnaca.

Lejligheden med altan er nordvest uden solindfald, men kan være en fordel om sommeren.

Sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Kommunikation mit Vermieter per Mail war auch positiv. Zeitgerechte Informationen und radche Antworten auf Fragen.

Vom Appartement her selbst hat alles gepasst. Ohne Mietauto ein bissl abgelegen.
