The most dirty room on the Sri Lanka, lot of things is broken or semi-fuctional.

Improvements need to be done at the property. No English spoken. No wifi.

Wonderful location, among mountains, forest, rice field and river. At night you can see a large number of fireflies right in the yard, monkeys near the river, beautiful mountains right in front of the house and a rice field where an elephant sometimes enters. lovely hostess, kind and helpful:)

Unfortunately, the night was without sleep, since we were put in a room next to a pump for pumping water or something of that kind, and all night there was a loud noise that did not allow us to sleep. Wifi didn't work well :(

Lovely comfortable room. Full kitchen facilities available if required. Very comfortable seating area in the main house where a substantial Asian breakfast was served. Also seating on a verandah with beautiful views across rice paddy fields and mountains beyond. Tuktuk required from the bus stand 500 rupees. I took a tour to the nearby Budurwagala temple with the same tuktuk driver. Had a lovely morning there. 3500 rupees plus entrance fee for return ride and waiting time.. The guesthouse owner has his contact details. Would recommend both.

Perfect place to stay and enjoy with the family. Spotted Surrounding lovely mountains. It's a brand new hotel. I recommend this place strongly to all who wish to have a break in and around Wellawaya.
