Cheguei e fiquei uns 20 minutos na porta do prédio sem poder subir por causa de um erro de comunicação entre BHomy e Portaria (a burocracia do ir e vir ali é gigantesca). Quando cheguei no Airbnb, que não tinha um cheiro muito agradável, abri o armário debaixo da pia e encontrei a tábua de cortar legumes suja - com um cabelo e uma mancha marrom. A cozinha que, por sinal, não é mesmo preparada pra receber um hóspede que vá ficar mais dias (fiquei 7) - não tinha faca pontuda; saquinho de sal ou saquinho de azeite ou papel higiênico o suficiente. Nada muito útil. O dia mais engraçado e triste, foi quando acordamos no meio da madrugada com um casal transando loucamente no quarto do lado - batendo na parede sem parar e aos berros. 4 da manhã. Num quarto que também era da BHomy. As paredes são finas e os quartos colados. E minúsculos. Enfim, se você quer descansar. Não é o lugar. Se você for passar uma ou duas noites no máximo, pode ser que não ligue pra nada disso. Escrevo com o intuito de alertar e fazer com que os responsáveis se coçem. Porque minha experiência foi ruim do início ao fim.

Near new apts…excellent facilities, a modern, clean apt and great downtown location, near metro, shops and local street markets.

I arrived after a 20 hr flight at 11pm. the building manager did not know who I was, said I had no booking. Finally sorted that out. Got up to Apt, the entry code did not work. I was lucky I was with a Brazilian friend, so had to spend night at his place. Otherwise I would have had to look for a hotel at midnight in downtown São Paulo. The manager showed no interest in situation. If I was alone, and a woman, it could be dangerous wandering around at midnight…! I was sent a new code that worked the next day and got into the apt. The emergency number only operated until 6pm…! It is all operated by AI which is fine if it works. The emergency number should be 24/7 and put u direct contact with a person as it is an emergency..! Also the building manager, porteria, should be informed if people for the apts are arriving, their name/booking and the time of their arrival. It should be a basic requirement. He had no clue of my arrival or who I was, the booking etc or Bhomy Apts…. ??! So obviously that has to be fixed. Once in the Apt it was a comfortable stay. They just have to resolve these issues and not totally rely on AI, which they do at the moment.
