Between Booking and Host cancelled the booking. The refund was less due currency fluctuation that gave me lower amount and Booking did not provide compensation to get higher price property.

This is a beautiful apartment in one of the best locations, if not the best location, in the Moema neighborhood of São Paulo. The apartment is only 3 blocks from the Moema metro stop. Amazing restaurants nearby and cute coffee shops right next to the building. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, fully furnished, and very clean. The owner, Jackie, is wonderful. She’s very solicitous and always available to answer questions about the apartment. We loved the enclosed terrace that they have turned into a dining room. The janitor, Marcos, and the building staff were equally wonderful and extremely helpful. We highly recommend this place!

There was nothing we didn’t like about this place.

This studio is clean, modern, and spacious. It looks exactly like the photos in the advert. It is also secure, comfortable, and located in a good area. The host, Jaqueline, is outstanding—she genuinely cares about her guests, is friendly, and is very approachable. She assisted us with everything we needed during our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. We hope to come back soon!
