Very convinient location! Walk distance to shops, from cheap water to the luxuary oscar freire or Paulista av. Spacious and confortable, better value than ibis budget.

It could be noisy when the traffic starts, but nothing too bad. The unit needs a pest control, so many ants crawling around, particulary toilet. Ive bought some chocolate and left in my suitcase and after a day it was full of ants. The blanket was not very clean or maybe dust stain. No bad smell so i believe is just stain. Its not a hotel so no cleaners or replenish of amenities (toilet paper (2 rolls)was not enought for 8 days). Personally it didnt bother me.
