"Not satisfied with my stay. Poor communication."

Location close to station. They let me check in early.

Poor communication. Host only communicate thru WhatsApp. I lost my phone. I emailed them and sent a msg thru Booking.com but did not respond I couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi in my room cuz they did not reply to my. Messages. The front desk don’t deal with you cuz they are not employed by bossa. The don’t let you stay in the lobby

The location is very good. You can walk everywhere and there are good restaurants around.

The apartment is quite outdated. The accessories in the toilet are broken.
