Appartement De Kokkel Free Parking

Very friendly hosts. Accommodated an adjustment in the dates of our visit very close to the arrival date. Lengthening the checkout by an hour was also no problem. The appartment was very clean and well stocked with kitchen (and basic cooking) supplies and toiletetries.

We traveled with 3 kids including a baby, we had informed the host that our flight will land at 1 am, but there was no show to help us. She expected us to go to the Smiling Host Office first (which was closed and was about 7 min drive to the property) and pick up the keys ourselves, then go to the apartment! We had difficulty finding the hotel, and upon making continuous phone calls, finally she picked up and guided us how to get the keys from her office. Literally we were miserable after our long flight with kids! This was the worst costumer service from someone in hospitality business! Noone was there to help us get to the apartment. At some point in that cold night, we feared that we would have to spend the night in our rented car until morning! Getting there was one of the most horrifying experiences and we are frequent travelers and have been to countless hotels around the globe. Got parking fines after coming back to our home country for parking outside the apartment. It was a well furnished apartment though but no microwave. The host did let us stay 2 hours more than our checkout time.

Spacious apartment with a very comfortable couch and bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Very clean bathroom. Close to the beach and the train station.

The apartment was a bit dusty, I could see some hair on the couch, possibly from pets. We couldn't use the crib they provided, it wasn't suitable for our 4 month old baby

The apartment was clean,very pleasant and well equipped. You could park on the street outside but it was very narrow. It was in an excellent location with lots of bars, restaurants very near by by foot. I would recommend this apartment.
