Personal amable y eficiente

Renovar mesa, sillas y sofá del salón es urgente. Menaje de cocina insuficiente. Una limpieza, ni a fondo, es suficiente El baño pequeño solo para niños. Estar a pie de calle y en un rincón parece ir bien a los perros, y así huele algún día. Las indicaciones y direccion no deberían quedar para el ultimo momento.

El casero fue comprensivo y servicial. resolvió todos nuestros problemas con inmediatez.

Quite area, spacious and clean accommodation. Perfect location Not far from the grocery and the beach. I must add , a Very professional nd friendly host. Everything was explained everything, always responsive. Excellent.

a few cracks in on suite bathroom wall and a hole in the single bed bedroom wall but other than that

It is an entire, very spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and a private garage for a car (which I ended up not even using, as there were also other parking spaces right in front of the balcony). As there is also a full kitchen, we were able to save some money, as we were able to prepare breakfast and dinner in the house. Very cozy atmosphere.

The bathroom stall was very small and you could barely move around. There was another bathroom, but there was no shower support. It's not a big deal, but it could be better. The mattress on the single beds could also be better, as my children, who are still small (and light) felt the springs of the bed.

The apartment had no hot water. I spent two days trying to convince the manager that I wasn’t lying about this. He said he would arrive at a certain time to inspect it. I was out of the apartment and text him one and a half hours after his promised arrival time however he said he was only now at the apartment. He then admitted there was in-fact a problem with the boiler but it could not be fixed. His solution was to give us keys to another apartment far away were we could shower. Very inconvenient. The apartment was dark and only lit when the shutters were fully open. This was very insecure as anyone could see in or walk in. The hallway light was broken. The shower in the bathroom was broken and hanging off the wall. Furthermore, I have requested compensation but they refuse to pay.
