"A very stressful experience due to unprofessional and aggressive conduct from the host."

I was not able to stay at the property due to issues with the host before check-in.

After confirming my reservation through Booking.com, the host requested payment via an external Pix link, which was not mentioned in the booking conditions. When I declined for security reasons and chose to follow Booking’s official payment process, the host became aggressive and disrespectful, including raising his voice over the phone and using offensive language in the chat. Due to this behavior and the insistence on external payment, I did not feel safe proceeding with the stay.
