Vila Rosa

The facility it is on great location. near by it is having bus station which very convenient and it having busses on any 10 minutes. it has great view of the sea . it is clean. the owner it is excellent person. she will assist in any need.

the main disadvantage is that is on hill and is little incline.

The terras overlooking the sea is nice. The house is a bit old fashioned. But all functions well and I would.be happy to return. The location is very good.

Sea views, quiet, comfortable beds, close to city centre

Some of furniture in the living room need to be exchanged,especially the carpet (dirty and old)

The location was pretty good and we had a parking spot. There was a nice big terrace but quite in the open with other guest, who also had kids so it was not very quiet or private.

The house was not very clean. The bathroom and the carpet in the living room needed some serious cleaning. And there was only a hand soap but no shower gel or anything else provided.

Amazing location! A short (steep) walk to a low-key and laid back family beach where you can choose to rent beds and parasol or just lay on your towel in the grass, pizza's near that beach, minimarket, boat and bike rentals and it's about approx 30 minutes walk to magical Piran. From the house, it's easy to find your way around to other areas and more isolated natural beaches. By chance, it was very hot (34 degrees) and the airconditioning was struggling to keep things cool at night, but Stanislava and her family were very friendly, responded to every query immediately and did what they could, they even brought us a fan :) The view from our apartment was lovely, we could see the sea. Good kitchen and even a washing machine, which was a bonus!

The airconditioning is in the living area, not in the bedrooms, which means you have to sleep with the bedroom.doors open.
