Manta e/ou tapete empoeirado me dando crise alérgica muito forte, solicitei trocar de apto, prometeram levar outra manta e retirar o tapete, estou esperando até hoje. Recepção demorava abrir porta mesmo depois de me identificar, tive muito medo de ficar exposta e vulnerável com a demora. Recepcionistas antipaticos e grosseiros.
