Lindo Studio com Jacuzzi e sacada a 50m Av Paulista

Gostei de absolutamente tudo. Quarto extremamente limpo, cheiroso, confortável, completo, tudo que precisamos. Localização fabulosa, atendimento de todos os funcionários da hospedagem foi excelente, gentis e prestativos. Comunicação rápido e eficaz, nós atenderam em tudo. Com certeza vamos voltar, nos sentimos em casa.

Eu amei minha estadia! O apartamento tem uma decoração muito linda, a cama bem confortável e lençóis de qualidade, tudo muito limpo e cheiroso. É praticamente na paulista, fui andando há vários lugares: Sesc, japan house, shopping… Além de todas as comodidades do prédio, academia, jacuzzi, restaurante. Altamente recomendado!

Ricardo dono do apartamento cobra um caução de 300 reais além do valor pago pela estadia e não me devolveu o dinheiro da garagem que não foi utilizada. Sinceramente, não recomendo! Se tiverem melhores opções escolham elas...

I have no grounds to say anything when I wasn’t even allowed into the room.

I ended up not being able to stay and simply lost my money — I truly believe I was scammed. I made a reservation for this accommodation on July 10. However, when I tried to check in on July 11, I was told at the front desk of the hotel (where the owner apparently owns a unit) that I could not check in. I contacted the host via message and was told I couldn’t check in because the deposit hadn’t been paid. I received an email around noon on July 11 explaining the deposit, but it stated that payment had to be made via Pix. Since I don’t have a Brazilian bank account, I asked if I could pay by credit card or in cash, but was told that was not possible. I also asked about an international bank transfer, but was told it would take three days. In the end, I had no way to pay the deposit and was not allowed to access the room. Two hours passed, but the host kept insisting I follow the rules. Left with no choice, I had to make a last-minute reservation at another hotel. The host also refused to cancel the booking. I never entered the room and simply lost my money. When I made the reservation on July 10, there was no mention that Pix was the only accepted deposit method, making it practically impossible for me to comply. International wire transfers take too long, so the situation felt like a scam. To make matters worse, the host was not on site and could only be contacted via message, which made the entire experience extremely stressful. In the end, I paid but was unable to stay. The host claimed they followed Booking.com’s rules and refused to issue a refund. This feels like a complete scam in which I was tricked out of my money. This situation caused me not only financial loss but also significant emotional stress. At the very least, no one visiting from outside Brazil should stay at this property. I sincerely hope that such dishonest operators are removed from the platform.

The bedroom is comfortable and is a safe place inside a famous hotel, so the location is also very secure. Next to it you have famous attractions, good restaurants, and a subway station.
