A recepção é muito ruim, vc tem que ficar na rua falando com um funcionário mal preparado que demora para achar sua reserva. E o pior é ficar na chuva e no frio, não tem cobertura no local do interfone. Além do perigo de descer do carro a noite em uma rua meio deserta em São Paulo. Para entrar na garagem também é problema toda hora pedem para você se identificar de novo.

Estou com eles em todas as semanas, exceto feriados, quando tem disponibilidade. Nunca tive problemas, pois são muito profissionais.

Nesse apartamento que fiquei faltou uma sanduicheira ou forno elétrico. Nenhum problema porque o fogão atendeu muito bem.
