A localização é muito boa, perto da estação do metrô, de mercado e restaurantes, muito seguro e com uma vista boa. O prédio tem academia, piscina, sauna e área de estudo, em fim bem acolhedor.

O sofá cama, pois não comporta duas pessoas. Além disso já está precisando de reforma.
