First aparthotel Blitzen

Fairly near the station which I wanted.

It took me a while to find the place as it’s an apartment in an apartment block and it’s accessed from a side street and the entrance is at the back. It would be good to make this clearer in the access instructions.

The bed was so comfortable and the area very peaceful

The extractor fan didn't work

It was the worst! Floor was full of dust, no towel, rotten dirty kettle. Cannot believe how can someone rents there with such a condition. Moreover, we rented there cause owner told there was a free parking cross the street. And we did that, we parked there and we had a park fine! Such a lie, free parking. Owner should refund us because of those reasons.

Location was good and the bed was clean and comfortable. Check-out time at 11 was also convenient as was the self check-in and check-out. Good value for money.

A bit difficult to find the entrance to the building. The room itself was extremely hot no matter what you tried to do with the temperature control which made it quite difficult to sleep. Bathroom had an odd smell. Unfortunately booking.com advertised luggage storage but this wasn't actually possible on the property, so we had to make our own arrangements which cost extra time and money.

The location was superb. It was at a walking distance to the centre, bus stop and supermarket

Mattress was thin and uncomfortable and the pillow was also thin. Sheets were old and dusty

Quiet and peaceful but short walk to everywhere. All the facilities needed for a comfortable stay.

The property is near Rovaniemi train station which take 10 min by walk. Despite the size of the room, everything you needs are available. Finally, property staff was kind and gave us very good support when I need help.

A ventilator over the stoves was quite weak.
