Tudo perfeito conforme combinado, ótima localização e muito confortável, e nos surpreedemos como a temperatura fica muito confortável mesmo com o tremendo frio lá fora.

Die gute Lage mit der Nähe zur Innenstadt, Einkaufsmarkt und Bahnhof war super.

Die Sauberkeit des Apartments. (Es lagen auf dem Boden, dem Bett und in der Waschmaschine lange, schwarze Haare.) Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war mehr als schäbig, da viele Ausstattungsgegenstände beschädigt waren. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal ist als mehr als bescheiden zu bezeichnen.

I had initially thought that we had booked a twin room with two beds, but as it turned out, there was just the one.

Not worth the money! We paid around 300 euros for what turned out to be a shabby, poorly maintained place for this price. The apartment was in a bad condition. Absolutely no attention to detail, no feeling of cleanliness or quality, and definitely no value for money. On top of that, communication was terrible. We tried to contact the property multiple times via Booking.com before arrival and never received a single reply. Overall, this place felt like a cash grab, taking advantage of tourists while offering a substandard experience. We genuinely felt ripped off. I strongly recommend avoiding First Aparthotel Blitzen and spending your money elsewhere — almost anywhere would be better than this.
