"Nie wieder !"

Schrecklich ! Keine Ansprechperson, alles voller Staub, Kühlschrank defekt, für den Hund muss man plötzlich mehr bezahlen, wegen der Reinigungskosten obwohl die Wohnung wirklich nicht sauber ist ! Bettwäsche hat Löcher, keinerlei Interesse am Gast ! Viel Geld kassieren für wirklich nichts !

"Fewo für ältere Menschen nicht zu empfehlen"

Es stand noch ein Weihnachtsbaum im Zimmer Parkplatz vor der Tür

Badezimmer war kalt .Es gibt zwar einen elektrischen Heizkörper ,aber die Steckdose ist derart defekt das der Stecker total heiß wird und Brandgefahr besteht. Betten muß man selber beziehen. Bettwäsche und Handtücher kosten extra. Im Bett haben wir noch einen verkeimten Haargummi und im Kühlschrank eine alte Pflaume gefunden . W -lan ist zwar vorhanden , aber für normale Handyanrufe hatten wir kein Netz. Deshalb konnten wir auch die Vermieterin nicht informieren. Ausserdem liegt die fewo sehr weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Es war auch keine Erstaustattung von Toilettenpapier vorhanden . Zum Glück hatten wir noch eine Rolle im Auo !!

Alles da, was man braucht. Für mich perfekte Lage, zum Strand oder in den Ort wenige Minuten zu Fuß.

Da die Wohnung im Souterrain liegt, ist es in den Schlafräumen und im Bad etwas dunkel aber das weiß man ja vorher. Im Wohn- und Essbereich ist es hell.
