TAMANHO do flat: realmente muito amplo, com direito até a varanda - nota 10! CONFORTO: cama queen confortável, sofá, mesa de trabalho, mobiliário de cozinha, prédio seguro e com boa infraestrutura (mercadinho e academia!), tudo muito novo - nota 10! LOCALIZAÇÃO: a pouco mais de 500m da Av. Paulista, com diversas opções de bares, restaurantes, mercados e transportes logo virando a esquina, perto da “confusão” de Sampa mas ao mesmo tempo em local agradável, tranquilo e silencioso - nota 100!

Perfeito. Localização, comodidade, a anfitria~Juliana e Sr Edosn nos fizeram sentir em casa.

Realmente a garagem para um veiculo maior, no caso uma caminhonete, é complicada. Mas nada que o sr Edson não resolva.

Everything was great! The location is perfect, the room is great and it’s close to one of my favourite areas in São Paulo. The gym is also a plus :)

The only bad thing is that to enter and leave there is a system that recognises your face; since I was only a guest I was not in the system and I had to constantly call and say my whole name and passport number so they could unlock the door and even the elevator. I appreciate the security and that they were always really available and kind tho!
