Spire View Apartment

Location was great as we could walk into town, restaurants, pubs etc. Great communication from hosts and parking permit organized by them. Apartment is just what we needed for the week. Great bed, good shower, kitchen with everything you need including a coffee machine. Washing machine was easy to use. We loved it all!

Our only recommendation would be to have a few instructions on how to use oven, coffee machine etc or just call Adam like I did!

Great location. Comfortable, everything needed to self cater. Plenty of hotwater.

Very dated, steep stairs, very unwelcoming outside, cluttered(spare bed, unnecessary tables, fridge not cold)

Clean tidy property had everything we needed. In a nice area with easy access to central Salisbury. Great communication from the host. Would definitely recommend this place to stay.

El personal molt atent i agradable. Vàrem tenir un problema per un oblit personal i ens van ajudar moltíssim a solucionar-ho. L'apartament és correcte. La ubicació correcte també. A 10 minuts de l'estació i a 15 del centre caminant. Zona tranquil·la.

Instal.lacions no gaire noves. Pocs pressió a l'aigua de la dutxa. Llit no gaire còmode.

Excellent location… only 10min walk to city centre. Even though it is only a 1 bedroom apartment, with the futon and collapsible bed, it slept 4 quite comfortably.

Some areas of the property require attention, the bathroom/shower and also the fridge did not work … but as we only really slept in the apartment and had full days of visiting family and other activities, it made little difference to our stay. (Apart from losing our milk and fresh fruit!)

Location to city was good could walk in.

Fridge not working, old 'camper fridge' (looked like cool box) was left in lounge area, on floor in front of window. Water gets very very hot quickly, no warning sign. Rugs looked old and dirty, could do with a freshen up, hall stair carpet dirty. Keysafe not easy to open

Bed very comfortable. Property easy walk to city centre.

Parking was difficult. Parking on both sides of road. However always got a space. Property came with permit arranged by owner before arriving.

Good communication and the accommodation suited us.

There is no outside space, but there is a possibility to make one available. Parking is a problem. My car's wing mirror was hit, and I need to replace it.
