Very well furnished with all you need- great bed, clean and comfortable

We liked everything- but it would be good to mention that this is 3rd floor and stair- just a recommendation- but this is the best place we have stayed in in Siauliai

It is a very comfortable apartment. Design is consistant and modern.

It was weird to find a "menu" with prices for additional stuff. For example they charge 15 euros for AC for one day. Also, they mention fines several time before your arrival

The location is good... and really liked the key-less door entry. The communication was fast and questions or issues were addressed quickly.

The shower was smelly and had stains on the lower half... so I went and bought some cleaner and cleaned it up (I didn't mention this to the owner as I just took the initiative). After that the shower didn't smell. A couple days later the shower plumbing started leaking below to the neighbors, so we had to sit in the tub to bathe the last couple nights since the issues couldn't be solved quickly with the plumber. ***I would invest in window screens to prevent the insects from flying in.
