Location is perfect. Overall accommodation is good

No air conditioner. Outside furniture needs replacement Grill is to be replaced. Some outside renovation is needed. After moving in we had to clean sofas ourselves. Leaves an impression that our booking was overpriced.

Close to the beach (which was very nice btw), own terrace with BBQ, 2 balconies, parking place for the car and bicycles in the courtyard, plenty of space on the ground floor, guest bathroom on the ground and bathroom on the 1st floors, widescreen internet TV, washing machine. Detailed guide for easy self-check-in.

Really slow Wi-Fi (we used 5G). Some things in the kitchen need to be replaced (grill on the gas hob is broken, so it was possible to use only 2 burners, function selector of the oven is unfixed); lack of normal knife, no cap for big frying-pan, no small- or middle-size frying pan. Coffee machine and microwave oven would be appreciated. Outside BBQ grill should be replaced. Mattresses and pillows were a bit softer than it's needed.

Location excellent, secured parking, rather spacious and light house, good washing machine and comfortable beds. Great garden and play area for kids. Close to the coast, nice and clean area in general. Close to Palanga and Klaipeda.

Not enough cups, no wine glases, the gas oven top partially broken, de extractor above stove broken en dirty, de toilet seat downstairs broken, grime in the shower cabine, fridge door sides, rubbers inbetween, especially at the top, were dirty, flies in lamps and spider webs.
