The location is good. Near to shops and easy to find place to buy foods. The house is at level one but it is not a problem since very near to parking lot assigned. The instructions to get access card and to find parking lot and the house is very easy to understand.
The toilet is smelly. The first bedroom having like man smell which is not comfortable. The bed in this room also very thin, can feel the bed frame when lie down. No aircond so is hot inside this room. Other room have aircond so no problem.

The apartment was quite spacious... Suitable for a family of 5... The aircond are functioning well... Same as the water heater... Love the rooms... Very clean...
Have quite a problem in searching for the parking lot but the owner/agent helped me to find it...
