The host late to reply how to check in. Suppose reply before before 3 pm. But the host only reply at 4.30 pm. Very long delay. Did massage to the host since 2 pm but did not reply. The host only give an information after contact help desk booking.com. Terrible experience.

complete facilities , and good cleanliness

parking a bit expensive , need to walk to go to i city park , but the place just nearby so it okayy to walk even a bit tired huhu and the light is a bit scary ( blinking at night )

overall, the location is great. cleanliness n facilities is in good condition.

there's some issue to forward: 1) found many cockroach in cabinet n bedroom. 2) sink tap leaking. 3) please upgrade your iron board.

Location & accessibility.. Host is always contactable 👍🏼 Some fixtures need to be updated (wallpaper & light) Overall my family loves the place 💕 May come back again nxt time 🥰

No laundry racking to hang clothes after washing. Unable to find normal tv channel 😂 Leaking sink on last day.. not a big issue but worrying in case anything happen after checkout.. Informed host & he assured later will be taken care 👍🏼
