1. Owner was proactive. We couldn’t turn the water heater on and she sent her worker to assist on this. She was also very proactive during the stay. 2. A lot of car parking available. 3. The apmnt is very accessible to i-city but no instructions was given.I hope that owner can make a booklet on which level to go for in the booklet. 4. Water pressure level is satisfactory. 5. Secured place to begin with everything needs an access.

1. Thought sofa bed is a normal sofa bed but unfotunately it’s unconvertible sofa 2. Used the washer but the owner later said the washer is sensititve and seems to be broken after i used it? A misunderstanding as it was not broken. But if you think it’s sensitive, please weite down detailed instruction on how to use it. 3. No netflix, wifi, limited channels on astro. 4. The parking can be very expensive, only free for one car which has more instructions where you need to download the app etc. 5. One thing that i really didnt like, was that there were more than a dozen of small cockroaches (the kind that you usually saw on fruits/cars) and two big, regular cockroaches. Truly hate this. I think that the worker came before we checked in, but the owner said didnt see these 8 dead cockroaches which didnt make sense. Dead cockroaches were literally everywhere when we arrived and it was a very hard to miss a spot. Other things are bearable but not this one with many more alive roaches through our two nights stay. We were very unfortunate this time to experience it that perhaps others dont.

Overall it's our 2nd trip with our family.the host is very helpful and friendly.provided facilities & basic needs that is important for a family for vacation.thank you
