"all is good except the bathroom got 'kepam' smell"

the place is clean and neat, they provide extra pillow and mattress, plenty of mirror upstairs but downstairs only got 1 mirror which is in powder room. I received 1 parking card (can park at lvl G for FREE), aircond at living room and room upstairs is in Excellent Condition, got Netflix to watch, the decoration is good..

upstairs bathroom got 'kepam' smell, I couldn't tahan the smell so I sprayed a bit of perfume.. maybe due to no proper ventilation.. aircond at bedroom downstairs is not cool only wind.. Netflix remote got some problem (have to wait several minutes before can use, and got to push the buttons quite hard), it is hard to find nearest parking at midnight at lvl G..
