Sheffield Penthouse with Rooftop Terrace & FREE Parking

The flat is absolutely lovely. Any review mentioning the couch and bed being uncomfortable: they have been changed and both are lovely and very comfortable! They staff could not be more helpful and they are super quick to reply to any query. There was a slight problem with the boiler during our stay and this was dealt with within hours. I can’t fault the service! And the roof terrace is as lovely as people say. It felt like we had an extra room and it was lovely to be able to step outside even though the weather wasn’t great. I can only imagine how lovely it would be when it is…

Unfortunately, the street can be a bit noisy during the night with the window open and if you are a light sleeper… but I think earplugs would do the trick and closing the window… But I can’t fault the property itself nor the service.

Great location, roof terrace was fantastic and whole place spotless. Decor was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

Once you enter the building instructions need to be clearer on how to find the apartment although staff were fantastic and quick to respond and direct us to where we needed to be. Also the guide book in the room mentions a dishwasher and we didn't find one.

Check in was straight forward. Good location..quite central with the bonus of a car parking space. Nice to have a view of the horizon. Thoughtful details like soap/shampoo/ drinks in fridge and a bottle of wine.

Sofa and bed were not comfortable for our stay but that could be down to personal preference. The whole building is covered by scaffolding and workmen can be stood outside your window from 8 am using power tools...I would have appreciated prior warning of this as it was a shock to be walking through a building site ( internal courtyard ) and waking up to voices outside my window and hearing hammer drills at 8 am.

The location is excellent, close to markets. Some ongoing repair work creates nuisance.

Entry/ Exit. General cleanliness and upkeep.

Location ideal in centre of Sheffield. Ponds Forge 10 mins walk. Roof top terrace great and we had amazing weather. Good kitchen and equipment.

Bed and sofa uncomfortable, when raised was informed very promptly that new sofa in order and after my comments about the bed was informed that a new mattress had been ordered. The second bedroom has a small double so not suitable for 2 adults unless small but we are a family of 6 footers!!

It is not 5* star property as they are advertising, more like 3* (the furniture, maintenance, cleanliness). The square footage of the apartment is not 130 m2, maybe half of that (probably the terrace is calculated in that footage). There are construction works underway on the facade of the building. The sofa is really uncomfortable.

Perfect location in the city centre. Very well decorated, spacious and modern. Great help with any information and loved it had its own rooftop terrace.
