Grade 2 Listed Apartment, Southport Promenade

We have stayed here a few times and every time we visit we are grateful for how clean and well maintained the apartment is. There are some recent additions in the form of new artwork and a coffee machine that further enhance the already fantastic offering. The apartment has loads of space, private parking and is in a brilliant location to explore Southport on foot. Our family are always super comfortable when we stay and the hosts are excellent communicators.

Brilliant location. Large well equipped apartment. Responsive owner. We were away with grandchildren, they loved the size of the place, with room to play.

Location. Parking. Spacious. Everything we needed was there. Clean, modern, no clutter. Comfortable. Good communication from hosts. Helpful tips about restaurants. Welcome pack appreciated.

Bathroom plug broken. Could have been instructions for using oven, microwave, hob etc.. , also for recycling into which bins. (Minor points really.)

Location, amenities, cleanliness, absolutely everything you could need was provided. The owners were wonderful and could not have been more helpful.

Beautiful clean and modern apartment, everything we needed in a great location. Great information provided by hosts for arrival and lovely welcome pack. Would definitely recommend.

Another great stay. We always enjoy this apartment and the spectacular views over the marine lake. Looking forward to coming back next month with our daughter and her girls. Louise is a reliable and helpful host and that gives us the confidence to keep returning.

The location was great, we came to see the Red Arrows at the Airshow, unfortunately my granddaughter was ill, so I had to stay in with her, but luckily there was a fantastic view from the window! The whole place felt roomy and was very comfortable. All the mod con's!

In an ideal world we would have been able to have a later check out, say 11am as opposed 10am it's quite difficult to get everyone up and out by 10am, especially after a very busy day on the Saturday!

We have stayed in several apartments over the years and this is definitely the standout one very modern and clean

Either we couldn't find it or the one thing that is missing is an iron and ironing board

Doors are coded which is a such an easy way to gain entry

Nothing - we had a 1 and 4 year old with us so the apartment could be a little dangerous, banging heads etc, but that's purely our responsibility to watch the kids are ok. We were given a stair gate but didn't have to use it in the end.
